Makara Sisters Animation Intro

The intro by itself.  This is just the title credits – man did this take a long time to create.  The audio is actually a live recording taken during our dress rehearsal.

Makara Sisters Animation Scene 1

This story began as a retelling of an Australian Aborigine Myth adapted for a multimedia storytelling presented at schools and other kids programs. This was a Secret Circus Storytelling venture – we made costumes, composed a score, choreographed dances and more… We presented it a number of times and it was always pretty chaotic.

I’ve since been working on creating an animation of the story with a soundtrack as well. I’ve had big visions of creating a PBS show based on animations like this retelling myths from around the world. That’s a big endeavor though.
